Sheltered in most conditions you are able to row your dingy and tie up at the Russell Boating Club (open for meals and drinks Wed, Fri & Sat in summer from 5pm) and then it’s a short 10 minute walk into Russell’s town centre with all it has to offer including the Duke, great Restaurants and numerous shopping options. 25 minutes walk to Long Beach and a short taxi ride to Omata Estate Vineyard & Kitchen, Paroa Bay Winery, or take your dingy around the point and enjoy fresh Kororareka Oysters from the Oyster shop.

Insurance Policy

Important: Valid boat insurance covering mooring activities is required for all bookings.

Bookabuoy reserves the right to request proof of insurance prior to your booking commencing. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.

Cancellation policy

You may only cancel confirmed bookings up to 48 hours prior to commencement of the booking. You must cancel using your account on Bookabuoy. You will receive a refund back to the card you provided for the booking, less a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking commencement are non-refundable.
