Cancellation policy

  • You may only cancel confirmed bookings up to 48 hours prior to commencement of the booking. You must cancel using your account on Bookabuoy. You will receive a refund back to the card you provided for the booking, less a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking commencement are non-refundable.
